Repair Service
Our repair coordinators provide information on average turn-around times and costs for repairing or calibrating products that are out of warranty. For administrative and tracking purposes, a Return Authorization is required before shipping any product to the NAIDEN RCA Center.
Products Out of Warranty
Repair or calibration for products out of warranty will be considered a chargeable service. A purchase order number (PO#) is required in advance before a Return Authorization number can be assigned.
Products Within Warranty
To request a Return Authorization for repair only (no calibration) on products under warranty, please contact the RCA team for assistance. The RCA team will discuss and verify your issue before issuing a Return Authorization to help avoid unnecessary returns.
Calibration Service
Your company's procedures and processes may require periodic calibration of your measurement equipment. However, even without mandatory obligations, it is advisable to check your measurement equipment periodically to ensure your data trends are reliable.
NAIDEN offers calibration services for measuring equipment. All calibrations are traceable to NAIDEN's quality manual, and an appropriate certificate will be issued.
For both administrative and tracking purposes, a Return Authorization is required before shipping any product to the RCA center for calibration.
Annual calibration is included in the service contract. Please contact the RCA team to schedule the calibration of your equipment. If your equipment is not currently covered under a service contract, please contact the RCA team for current rates and scheduling.
