VIBRO-EYE

VIBRO-EYE is a local panel operator designed to enhance the supervision and maintenance of industrial machinery. Featuring a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) with a touchscreen monitor, VIBRO-EYE oversees real-time vibration data from up to 8 networked NAIDEN Modbus TCP sensors (CUBE). Its extensive data logging capabilities enable efficient time-trend analysis of the last 24 hours and accurate reporting of the last 50 activated alarms per sensor, highlighting measurement anomalies, disconnection events, and configuration errors.

NAIDEN VIBRO-EYE can simultaneously manage vibration and temperature data measured by up to 8 networked NAIDEN sensors, called CUBE. CUBE is a new 3-axis vibration and machine efficiency sensor designed for machine protection, predictive maintenance, and IoT condition monitoring of any industrial rotating machine. It is fully configurable through its software, available free of charge with the sensor supply. It comes in various models and configurations to cover diverse application scenarios in the industry.
